The world's population is expected to decline by 1.5 billion by the end of this century

2100 ,every country in the world will have begun to decline.
By the end of this century, by the year 2100, the population of every country in the world will have begun to decline.

According to scientists, the main cause of climate change on Earth is not a huge increase in human population, but the rapid and ruthless use of resources available to humans. One of the consequences of this is that the average life expectancy of human beings has increased a lot today, the proportion of the elderly in the human population on earth has increased significantly and the average growth rate per capita is also declining.
According to many population experts, by the end of this century, ie by the year 2100, the population of every country in the world will have begun to decline. The experts wrote this while analyzing the results of a new international study published in the scientific journal Lancet.

The end of the human population on earth four decades from today..

The research was completed by IHME, a health statistics and analysis organization. According to the results of this study, in the next four decades (ie by 2060) the total human population on Earth will reach 9.7 billion. This will be followed by a series of declines in the world's population, which will shrink to 8.8 billion by 2100.

But if this global trend of the future continues faster than previously expected, it is also possible that by the end of the current century, the total human population on Earth will have declined by 1.5 billion.

The population of Japan and Spain will be halved

Another important aspect of this research is that in the next 80 years, the population of countries like Japan in the Far East and Spain in Europe will be reduced by half. In addition, China, the world's most populous country, will have a significant decline in population.

This process will almost certainly result in India becoming the largest country in the world in terms of population in South Asia and Nigeria in Africa becoming one of the most populous countries in the world.

All societies will change

According to this research, in the future there will be only 12 countries where the birth rate will be so high that there will be no clear difference in their total national population. These countries include Somalia and South Sudan.

Analyzing the results of this study, the experts wrote that at the beginning of the 22nd century, the world population would have changed so much and far that almost all societies would have changed.

Many important questions??

But there are also many questions related to this aspect, the answers to which are yet to be found. For example, who will pay for the medical care of very old people? Will the governments of the homelands of such elderly people be able to do so? Will developed countries then be able to stop the influx of young immigrants from developing states? And in the future, will people retire from practical life due to old age or will all this change?

According to IHME experts, the global population decline will begin in 2064, gradually accelerating to 2100.
